- For Electrolux, advised on integrating sustainability into the brand, identified market drivers and advised on business’ role in society to inform the 2020 strategy.
- DJSI benchmarking – detailed performance analysis against the foremost global sustainability rating for a world-leading provider of industrial solutions.
- Materiality check and sustainability communication framework revamp for a global packaging company.
- Mapped global sustainability strengths and weaknesses for a major consumer goods manufacturer, highlighting areas for improvement in the lead-up to a strategy overhaul.
- Restructured the sustainability communications strategy of a large multinational and developed an iPhone app for senior management outlining new strategic environmental priorities.
Organization
- Senior management presentation on business case for sustainability, facilitation of expert presentation to top management and content development of CEO sustainability video for a large Swedish company.
- Built the business case for major consumer goods companies.
- Made recommendations to a world-leading industrial manufacturer, securing CEO support for ambitious new stretch goals.
- Employee ethics program including a business ethics guidance booklet, dedicated intranet portal and mandatory e-training for a major consumer goods company to strengthen integrity across the organization.

Engagement
- Helped organize and moderate a joint UNGC/GRI event in Sydney, Australia, In Conversation with John Elkington.
- Facilitation of meeting of minds event between Electrolux President and Chief Executive Officer Keith McLoughlin and sustainability thought-leader Tessa Tennant.
- High-level policy recommendations paper on role of broadband in tackling climate change for the Broadband Commission Working Group
- Country sustainability profiles – for Sweden, Russia and Turkey for Ethical Corporation.
